What types of payment are accepted?
We accept payment through PAY PAL, and Google Checkout, your choice. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover cards are all accepted, along with electronic checks.

I've ordered, Now how long until my product arrives?
You can expect to see your product arrive within 7-10 days from the time you ordered. Shipments are typically sent out UPS Ground within 48 hours of receiving the order.

The product is defective!! What now?
Contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly arrange an exchange for a non defective product. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

What is your return policy?
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns. Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise.
